INFORMATION FOR ALL MEMBERS
Personal information collected in the membership database of Médecins du Monde (the "Association") is:
(1) Processed when you save, provide and update your personal information, this is also done in accordance with the rules surrounding voting at the general assemblies.
(2) Automatically processed in order to send you a tax receipt once you have paid your membership fees, we do this in order to comply with this tax obligation.
This data will be stored for a period of 6 years following the calendar year in question. If you remain a member beyond this period this data will be stored until the end of the calendar year of the end of your membership. The recipients of this data includes (this list is not exhaustive): the General Directorate, the HR Department, the President and the Finance Department of the Association.
At any time you may:
(1) Contest the use of your data and enforce your rights under articles 12 and upwards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
